Information you provide. When you contact us, sign up for the newsletter, or join the Clarity Corner waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and any message or context you choose to share.
Automatically collected. Standard server logs (IP, browser, referring page) for security and abuse prevention. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries about wellness services, CFS support, or membership.
To send the monthly Clarity Letter and announcements you opted in to receive.
To open membership access when the Clarity Corner launches in May 2026.
To maintain the security and reliability of this website.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate this site (e.g., Netlify for hosting and form delivery, our email platform for the newsletter), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

Confidentiality of clinical information

Information you share through this website is for general inquiry only and is not a substitute for protected health information (PHI). Clinical care provided by Janisha Wade, ASW operates under separate professional and HIPAA-aligned confidentiality requirements. Do not include sensitive clinical details in website forms.
