Appointments

• Cancellations: Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a partial fee may apply.

 

Refunds

• Refunds for prepaid services will only be issued if cancellations meet our 24-hour policy.

• Yoga or group session packages are non-refundable once the program begins, but credit may be applied to future services.

 

Workshops & Events

• Registration for workshops and events is non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual or future session.
